PELATIHAN TATA RIAS DASAR BAGI REMAJA EKONOMI LEMAH DESA TULUNGREJO KABUPATEN KEDIRI

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengelolaan pelatihan tata rias dasar bagi remaja ekonomi lemah di Tulungrejo, 2) aktivitas peserta pelatihan remaja desa tulungrejo, 3) hasil merias wajah pada remaja dusun tulungrejo kecamatan pare sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan, 4) respon peserta terhadap pelatihan tata rias wajah. Metode penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen dengan desain pretest dan posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pengelolaan pelatihan, lembar observasi aktivitas peserta, lembar tes hasil pelatihan dan lembar angket respon peserta. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji t atau paired sample t-test dengan aplikasi SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) keterlaksanaan pengelolaan pelatihan sangat baik, 2) ktivitas peserta sangat baik, 3) nilai rata-rata Pretest dan Posttest dengan perhitungan taraf signifikansi menggunakan uji t test dengan SPSS 16 menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kompetensi keterampilan merias setelah dilakukan treatment atau pelatihan merias wajah, 4) respon peserta, diketahui bahwa peserta bersemangat dan antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan merias wajah.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to find out 1) the management of basic cosmetology training for economically weak youth in Tulungrejo, 2) the activities of youth training participants in Tulungrejo village, 3) the results of makeup on teenagers in Tulungrejo hamlet, Pare sub-district before and after the training, 4) participant responses to face makeup training. This research method is a pre-experimental design with pretest and posttest. The instrument used for data collection in this study used the observation sheet of the management of the training, the observation sheet of the participants activity, the test sheet of the results of the training and the participants questionnaire response sheet. Data analysis techniques in this study used a t-test or paired sample t-test with SPSS 16 applications. The results showed that 1) the management of the training was very good, 2) the participants were very good, 3) the pretest and posttest average values ??with calculations significance level using t test with SPSS 16 shows that there is an increase in the competency of makeup skills after treatment or training in makeup, 4) participant responses, it is known that participants are excited and enthusiastic in taking makeup training.
