Abstract

This problem to approaching in this writes there are: 1) How system process in TPI Brondong before conflict showing. 2) Why conflict was tryed social conflict in TPI Brondong and the result to the socialty fisherman in Brondong during 1998. The writer used history methods there are heurictic, critical, verrificated and the result is historiography.Result to the this observation is socialty change fisherman once in traditional to modern fisherman socialty. Faced was modernitation to change hapitually of socialty. Outorithy of Gouverment to change of social condition to the modernitation, such as pressure socialty technology primary keep verberation before modern to the modernitation. In authorithy head country makes the instation to try, helpes, and give serving commanded to easying marketing fish there are KUD. From this system processes and serving result keeping fish from fisherman. To have makes something conflict in TPI Brondong beside server commanded (KUD) with fishermans and brokers. This conflict then makes from internal and eksternal factor. This conflict have to to effected the life socialty fishermans.
