Abstract

Peranakan Chinese in Indonesia is a generation of Chinese who have assimilated with the natives. This mixing occurs because most of the Chinese in Indonesia is an oil or mining workers who are not married. Literature Peranakan Malay language appeared in the 1800s and 1900s. Peranakan Chinese literary writer unknown to the public, namely Njoo Cheong Seng. The literary form of the novel Seng Cheong Njoo have titles like Crazy Typhoon, which is Human Sampurna Sampurna and Asep Hio of Malino. Literary works such as short stories Njoo Cheong Seng mostly published in Star Weekly magazine.
