Abstract

This research has purposed that 1) analyze the background for the establishment of Batik madura marketplace in Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency, 2009-2014; 2) to analyzed the place of Batik madura marketplace in Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency for the oconomy of the Burneh District people, Bangkalan Regency. This research uses the historical research method which consists of several stages, such as the heuristic process where we gather sources from primary sources that is . The second stage is criticized the sources by testing the credibility and the leverage of the source. The third stage is the interpretation stage or the process of interpreting the data that has been obtained. The last stage is historiography stage which treatise the result of historical research in sequence based on research results. through interview techniques, field observations to the Batik Madura Marketplace in Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency, and documentation. The second stage is criticized the sources by testing the credibility and the leverage of the source, the author through the triangulation technique. The third stage is interpretation stage or the process of interpreting the data that has been obtained with borrow the s`ocial studies and economy. The last stage is historography stage which treatise the result of historical research in sequence based on research results. The result of this research of Batik madura marketplace in Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency with background of establishment of Suramadu bridge who make many people get through Burneh District. From there the people of burneh district began to opportunity to establish the Batik Madura marketplace . Batik Madura marketplace in Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency give impact the economy who large enaugh Burneh people District, Bangkalan Regency.
