PERBEDAAN KEMAMPUAN HISTORICAL THINGKING PESERTA DIDIK ANTARA COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE INDEX CARD MATCH DENGAN MEDIA WORDWALL TIPE FIND THE MATCH PADA MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH KELAS XI IPA SMAN 1 DRIYOREJO

Abstract

The problem underlying this research is that students' Historical Thinking ability is still low, due to the monotonous learning process of history. So we need an alternative learning that can develop these abilities. This study aims to explain the difference and how big the difference in Historical Thinking ability in learning history between the Index Card Match method and find the match type wordwall media. This research uses Quasi Experimental Design. The data analysis technique used is the Independent Sample T-test, with normality and homogeneity prerequisite tests. Based on the results of the prerequisite tests that have been carried out by researchers in both groups, it shows that the data is homogeneous and normally distributed. Based on the results of data analysis through the Independent Sample T-test, it was found that the significance value was 0.000 and tcount-4.165 ttable -1.667 or it could be expressed as 0.000 <0.05 and -4.165 > 1.667 so it could be decided that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means there is a difference in Historical Thinking ability between the Index Card Match method and find the match type wordwall media. While the average value of N-Gain is 0.70 in the medium category for classes using wordwall media and classes using the Index Card Match method of 0.61 also in the medium category. Based on the average results of the N-Gain test, it can be seen that there is no significant difference between the use of the Index Card Match method and find the match type wordwall media in the experimental class 1 and experimental class 2. This is influenced by the relative cognitive abilities of students. the same and learning readiness factors that affect the results of the difference in the average N-Gain.
