Abstract

Anshoriyyah Persyadha is one of the departments under the auspices of the Al Haromain Da'wah Association
Foundation (Persyadha) led by K.H. Muhammad Ihya' Ulumiddin. Anshoriyyah Persyadha aims to empower women as
children, wives, mothers, and community members according to Islamic teachings. This goal is very important to be
achieved by women today who experience obstacles in carrying out their roles. Research on Anshoriyyah Persyadha is
important to analyze Anshoriyyah Persyadha as a form of association that empowers women.
Based on the background, several problem formulations are obtained, namely; 1.) What is the background of the
establishment of Anshoriyyah Persyadha? 2.) How is the development of Anshoriyyah Persyadha? 3.) How was the
influence of Anshoriyyah Persyadha? The purpose of this research is to analyze the background of the establishment,
development, and influence of Anshoriyyah Persyadha as a department to empower women. This research uses
historical research methods which include heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography.
From this research, the results obtained are in accordance with the formulation of the problem as, namely
Anshoriyyah Persyadha was established in 2016 to continue the Niswiyah Department which had interrupted
regeneration and stopped its activities. Anshoriyyah Persyadha has experienced developments in the quantity and
quality of members and the development of infrastructure. Anshoriyyah Persyadha provides the following services
