JEJAK LANGKAH KHOFIFAH INDAR PARAWANSA 1999 – 2019 : DALAM PERJALANAN POLITIKNYA

Abstract

This research titled "The Footprint of Khofifah Indar Parawansa 1999-2019 in Her Political Journey" consists of Khofifah Indar Parawansa's perspectives on the roles, functions, and position of women, as well as her political and policy career trajectories from 1999 to 2019. The purpose of conducting this research was to partially fulfill the requirements for obtaining a Bachelor of Education degree in History Education study program, at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The method utilized in this study is a historical research method with political, economic, social, cultural, and religious approaches. The historical method includes the steps of heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography.The results of the study reveal that Khofifah Indar Parawansa's perspective in fighting for the position, role, and function of women is to align women's rights, eliminate the oppression that women receive, and empower women to achieve independence while preserving their inherent nature. In addition, Khofifah Indar Parawansa is an outstanding politician. Her constant dedication to upholding the principles of integrity is obvious throughout her illustrious political trajectory, resulting in the acquisition of several honors both domestically and internationally.
