PERTANIAN PADI KABUPATEN JOMBANG MASA REVOLUSI HIJAU TAHUN 1998-2010

Abstract

This research entitled "Rice Farming in Jombang Regency during the Green Revolution Period 1998-2010" contains the policies and implementation of rice farming activities in Jombang Regency during the Green Revolution period 1998-2010. The purpose of this research is to fulfill some of the requirements for obtaining a Bachelor of Education degree in the Bachelor of History Education study program, Surabaya State University. This research used the historical research method. The steps taken in historical research include heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results of the research show that agricultural policies in Jombang Regency during 1998-2010 were directed at agribusiness farming. The implementation of rice farming activities in Jombang Regency during 1998-2010 still did not lead to aspects of agribusiness farming. The implementation of agribusiness-based rice farming in Jombang Regency has many obstacles in the upstream and downstream sectors. Keywords: Rice Agriculture, Green Revolution, Jombang Regency
