PEMINDAHAN PUSAT PEMERINTAHAN KABUPATEN NGANJUK STUDI LATAR BELAKANG DARI BERBEK KE NGANJUK TAHUN 1880-1901

Abstract

Afdeeling Berbek is the forerunner of present-day Nganjuk Regency. It is said that because the historical flow of
the development of Nganjuk Regency used to start from the existence of this area as the first center of government in
1745. Berbek's journey as the forerunner of Nganjuk Regency began during the reign of K. R. T Sosrokoesoemo I or better
known as Kanjeng Djimat as the first Regent in 1745-1760. Kanjeng Djimat was the initiator of the initial formation area
of Berbek Regency and contributed to the construction of squares and mosques. The development of Nganjuk regency is
inseparable from the existence of Berbek as the center of government for the first time, because since 1745 this area has
been designated as the capital of the entire Nganjuk region with K.R.T. Sosrokoesoemo I or better known as Kanjeng
Djimat as the regent There are two attributes imposed on the name Duck. The first is Berbek as Afdeeling and the second
is Berbek as the name of the district in Kediri residency. There is one part of the Boyongan travel procession that is most
difficult to express is the form of the procession in the Boyongan procession to Nganjuk City. Written evidence or living
