HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA PADA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN DIKLAT PEMERINTAH KOTA SURABAYA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional dengan motivasi kerja pada aparatur sipil negara di Lembaga pemerintah kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 aparatur sipil negara di Lembaga pemerintah kota Surabaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment untuk menguji hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja. Hasil analisis data menunjukan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.488 (r = 0.488) dengan taraf signifikasi 0,011 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional dengan motivasi kerja pada aparatur sipil negara di Lembaga pemerintah kota Surabaya. Nilai positif menunjukan semakin positif persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja dan semakin negatif persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin rendah motivas kerja.

Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between perceptions of transformational leadership with work motivation of civil service employee of the bureau of employment and training of Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative method. Subjects in this study were 46 civil service employee of the bureau of employment and training of Surabaya. Data analysis technique using product moment correlation to test the relationship between two variables that is perception to transformational leadership and work motivation. The result of data analysis showed correlation coefficient value of 0.488 (r = 0.488) with significance level of 0.011 (p <0,05). The result proves that there is a correlation between perception to transformational leadership with work motivation of civil service employee of the bureau of employment and training of Surabaya and positive value show more positive perception toward transformational leadership hence higher work motivation and more negative perception to transformational leadership hence progressively low motivation work.
