GAMBARAN KEPEMIMPINAN WANITA DI SMAN 1 DAWARBLANDONG MOJOKERTO

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepemimpinan wanita di SMAN 1 Dawarblandong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan teknik desain penelitian studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian yaitu SMAN 1 Dawarblandong, dengan 5 orang significant other. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi, dan alat bantu berupa media perekam suara. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis tematik (AT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipan menggunakan bentuk kepemimpinan secara umum dan bentuk kepemimpinan wanita dengan gaya kepemimpinan feminin dalam kepemimpinannya di SMAN 1 Dawarblandong.

Abstract
This riset aims to determine the description of female leadership in SMAN 1 Dawarblandong.The research method used is qualitative with case study research design techniques. The research participants were the Head of SMAN 1 Dawarblandong, with five significant other. The instrument for collecting data used guidelines for interviews, observations, and aids in the form of voice recording media. The data analysis technique is using thematic analysis (AT). The results of the riset show that participants used the leadership form in general and the form of female leadership with femi nine leadership style in their leadership at SMAN 1 Dawarblandong.
