Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of workload and job satisfaction on production employees. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique with 93 production employees as a subject. The instrument in this study was arranged based on the perception aspect of the workload of job satisfaction with a Likert scale type. The data from this study were analyzed using the product-moment correlation test with the help of SPSS 25.0 for windows. The results of the research data analysis showed a correlation coefficient value of -0.336 and a significance value of 0.001 (p<0,05). The results show that the perception of workload and job satisfaction has a significant relationship. The relationship's direction is negative (opposite), which means that the lower the perception score of workload, the higher the employees job satisfaction. Vice versa, the higher the perception score of the workload, the lower the job satisfaction of employees.
