HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONFLIK PERAN GANDA DENGAN STRES KERJA PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN WANITA DI PUSKESMAS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada tenaga kesehatan wanita di puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 95 tenaga kesehatan wanita. Teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling dengan kriteria petugas kesehatan wanita dengan usia pernikahan lebih dari 5 tahun, memiliki status pegawai tetap, mempunyai anak pada usia sekolah dasar hingga sekolah menengah atas, dan bekerja di puskesmas dengan akreditasi madya. Maka diperoleh sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 65 orang tenaga kesehatan wanita bekerja di puskesmas. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu skala konflik peran ganda dan skala stres kerja. Teknik analisa data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment melalui bantuan program SPSS 25.0 for windows untuk menguji hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja. Hasil analisis data memperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,795 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar <0,001 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada tenaga kesehatan wanita sudah menikah yang bekerja di puskesmas.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between dual role conflict and work stress in women's health workers in puskesmas. The method used is the quantitative method. The study's population was 95 female health workers. Purposive sampling data collection techniques with the criteria of women's health officers with a marriage age of more than five years, have permanent employee status, have children in elementary school to high school, and work in health centers with accreditation. So obtained samples in this study amounted to 65 women health workers working in the puskesmas. The instruments used are the dual role conflict scale and the work stress scale. Data analysis techniques use Product Moment correlation through the help of spss 25.0 for windows program to test the relationship between dual role conflicts and work stress. The data analysis obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.795 with a significance level of <0.001 (p<0.05). The results showed a link between dual role conflicts and work stress in married women's health workers working in health centers.
