HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DENGAN KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT. X

Abstrak
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dimana jumlah populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 45 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala kualitas kehidupan kerja dan skala keterikatan kerja. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisa menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25.0 for windows dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Hasil dari analisa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT. X. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yang didapat sebesar 0,636 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 (p < 0,05). Dari hasil tersebut bahwa hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, artinya semakin tinggi nilai kualitas kehidupan kerja maka semakin tinggi pula keterikatan kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Begitupun sebaliknya jika nilai kualitas kehidupan kerja yang dimiliki rendah maka akan rendah pula keterikatan kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of work-life with work engagement on employees of PT. X. This research uses quantitative research methods. Where the total population used is 45 employees. The sample in this study used a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a work-life quality scale and a work engagement scale. The data obtained will be analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 for the windows program using the product-moment correlation test. The research analysis results indicate a relationship between the quality of work-life with work engagement on employees of PT. X. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient obtained by 0.636 with a significance value of 0.00 (p < 0.05). From these results, the relationship between the quality of work-life and work engagement has a significant relationship, meaning that the higher the value of the quality of work-life, the higher employees' work engagement. Vice versa, if the value of the quality of work-life that is owned is low, the work engagement of employees will also below.
