This study aims to determine the correlation between job insecurity and job satisfaction. This research method is quantitative and associated with determining the number of samples using the saturated sample technique of 95 employees. The data collection techniques used in this research are a questionnaire containing a job satisfaction scale and a job insecurity scale. The data obtained were analyzed using Pearson's Product Moment with the support of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results of research conducted at company X show a relationship between job satisfaction and job insecurity. This result is evidenced by the significance level of 0.007 (p>0.05) with a correlation coefficient of -0.330. From the data results, the variables of job insecurity and job satisfaction have a significant relationship with the negative direction. This result shows that the lower job insecurity will be inversely proportional to a high level of job satisfaction and vice versa, if job insecurity is high, the level of job satisfaction is low.
