Begitu pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah tuntutan pekerjaan maka semakin rendah pula stres kerja.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between job demands and work stress on members of the civil service police unit. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, which consisted of 120 subjects from 300 members of the civil service police unit in the field. The data collection technique used in this research is the scale of job demands and work stress using a Likert scale. Analysis of the data used is the product-moment correlation test with the help of SPSS 24 software for windows. The results of the analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.416 (r=0.416), and the significance value was 0.000 (p<0.05). It offers a significant and positive relationship between job demands. It works stress on members of the civil service police unit, meaning that the higher the job demands, the higher the job stress. The lower the job demands, the lower the work stress.
