HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DENGAN KETERIKATAN KARYAWAN PADA KARYAWAN PT X

Abstrak
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT X. Metode yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sampel pada penelitian ini yakni karyawan tetap di PT X, dengan minimal masa kerja 2 tahun sehingga subjek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut sebanyak 45 karyawan. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni skala persepsi dukungan organisasi dan skala keterikatan karyawan. Jenis isntrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson product moment dengan bantuan SPSS 25.0 for windows, menghasilkan nilai taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) artinya terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT X. Uji koefisien korelasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,611 (r=0,611) hasil penelitian ini sendiri menunjukkan arah hubungan yang searah dan positif yang artinya semakin tinggi persepsi dukungan organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula keterikatan karyawannya. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi sebaliknya, semakin rendah persepsi dukungan organisasinya maka semakin rendah pula keterikatan karyawannya.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee attachment to employees of PT X. The method used is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample technique. The sample in this study were permanent employees at PT X, with a minimum working period of 2 years, so that the research subjects who met these criteria were 45 employees. The instruments used in this study are the perceived organizational support scale and the employee engagement scale. The type of instrument used in this study is a Likert scale. Data analysis using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows resulted in a significance level value of 0.000 (p <0.05), meaning a relationship between perceived organizational support and employee attachment to PT X employees. The correlation coefficient test in this study was 0.611. (r = 0.611) the results of this study indicate a unidirectional and positive relationship, which means that the higher the perception of organizational support, the higher the employee engagement. On the contrary, the lower the perception of organizational support, the lower the employee engagement with PT X employees.
