RESILIENSI PADA LANSIA PENYINTAS COVID-19 DENGAN PENYAKIT BAWAAN

Abstrak
Virus Corona adalah suatu virus kronis yang menyerang sistem pernafasan individu yang terjangkit maupun penyintas Covid-19, dimana keduanya membutuhkan perawatan medis, dan juga adanya resiliensi agar dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang dapat membentuk resiliensi penyintas Covid-19 dengan penyakit bawaan yang mengalami dampak jangka panjang dari Covid-19 yaitu long covid. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dua subjek penyintas Covid-19 yang berusia 50 tahun keatas, dengan penyakit bawaan yang pernah dirawat secara intensif di suatu rumah sakit, dan mengalami dampak long covid. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji keabsahan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan member-checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua subjek tetap dapat resilien karena dari keempat faktor tersebut, kedua subjek telah memenuhi keempat faktor dari resiliensi, yaitu harga diri, dukungan sosial, spiritualitas, dan emosi positif dapat membentuk resiliensi dalam diri individu.

Abstract
Coronavirus is a chronic virus that attacks the respiratory system of infected individuals and Covid-19 survivors, both of which require medical treatment, as well as resilience to speed up the healing process. This study aims to determine the factors that can shape the resilience of Covid-19 survivors with congenital diseases that experiencing long-term impacts from Covid-19, namely long covid. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects used in this study were two Covid-19 survivors aged 50 years and over, with comorbid diseases who had been treated intensively in a hospital and experiencing the long-term impact of covid. Data collection techniques used are semi-structured interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is thematic analysis. This study uses a validity test with triangulation of data sources and member-checking techniques. The results showed that the two subjects remained resilient because of the four factors of resilience, which both subjects had fulfilled, namely self-esteem, social support, spirituality, and positive emotions that could form resilience within individuals.
