Abstrak
Penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapan untuk berubah pada karyawan di PT. X. Metodeiyangidigunakan dalam penelitianiini yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan populasi berjumlah 80 karyawan. Teknikipengumpulan dataidalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan pembagian kuesioner, disusun menggunakaniskala efikasi diri dan skala kesiapan untuk berubah. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson product-moment. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa variabeliefikasi diri memiliki hubungan dengan variabel kesiapan untuk berubah. Nilai signifikansi yang didapatkan sebesar 0.000 (p< 0.05) dengan nilaiikorelasi sebesar 0.505. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa variabel efikasi diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan bersifat searah atau positif dengan variabel kesiapan untuk berubah. Jika karyawan memiliki tingkat efikasiidiri yang tinggi, maka kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah juga tinggi. Begitupula sebaliknya, jikaitingkat efikasi diri karyawan rendah, maka kesiapan untuk berubah pada karyawan juga akan rendah.

Abstract
The research was conducted to know the relationship between self-efficacy and readiness to change in employees at PT. X. The method used in this research is a quantitative correlation. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique with a population of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this study is by distributing questionnaires compiled using a self-efficacy scale and a readiness to change scale. Analysis of the data used in this study using the Pearson product-moment correlation test. The results obtained indicate that the self-efficacy variable has a relationship with the readiness to change variable. The significance value obtained is 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation value of 0.505. It can conclude that the self-efficacy variable has a significant and positive relationship with the readiness to change variable. If the employee has a high level of self-efficacy, the employee's readiness to change is also high. Vice versa, if the employee's self-efficacy level is low, the employee's readiness to change will also be low.
