Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni melihat seberapa besar hubungan Psychological Well Being terhadap Konformitas Pada Remaja di Komunitas Voli di Club Bina Bola Voli. Penelitian ini populasinya atlet remaja yang ada di Klub Voli Bina Bola Voli di Surabaya sebanyak 110. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling yaitu sampling jenuh.. Sehingga sebanyak 80 orang akan menjadi sampel penelitian. Dalam Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan skala alat ukur berdasarkan aspek psychological well being dan konformitas Teknik analisis data penelitian ini teknik korelasi product moment yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 26,0 for windows, pada uji hipotesis menunjukkan korelasi r= 0,427 yang bertaraf signifikan 0,00 (p>0,05) yanga rtinya memiliki hubungan yang signifikan.
