PENGARUH TEACHING FACTORY SIX STEPS PADA MATA PELAJARAN PRODUK KREATIF DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA KELAS XII DI SMKN 1 SURABAYA
Abstract
Penelitian berikut ditujukan guna meneliti pengaruh dari variabel bebas teaching factory six steps terhadap variabel terikat yakni kesiapan kerja siswa. Keenam indikator dari teaching factory six steps adalah menerima order, menganalisa order, menyatakan kesiapan membuat order, membuat order, melakukan quality control, dan menyerahkan order pada konsumen. Jenis penelitian yakni kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh yang respondennya berjumlah 69 siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil dengan memanfaatkan pengisian kuesioner melalui google form dikarenakan penelitian dilakukan ditengah pandemi COVID-19. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, uji T, serta uji F. Semua analisis data menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25. Dari penelitian ini telah diperoleh bahwa Teaching Factory Six Steps pada mata pelajaran PKK berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa.
