Abstrak

Abstract

Secara ekonomi Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) mempunyai kontribusi untuk mengeksplorasi dampak kemampuan inovasi finansial terhadap efisiensi perubahan ekonomi. Keberadaan UKM di daerah diharapkan dapat memberikan suatu kontribusi yang positif. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana penerapan kemampuan inovasi dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan usaha dalam jangka Panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh innovation capability dan innovation capability dan financial capability terhadap moderasi resistensi perubahan pada kinerja UKM di Kecamatan Candi. Ini melibatkan 63 pemilik UKM yang terdiri dari jenis usaha makanan, minuman, jasa, industry, material, dan pertanian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Data analisis menggunakan SmartPLS 04. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu secara menyebar kuisioner secara offline dengan jumlah sampel 63 responden. Innovation capability memiliki dampak positif terhadap kemampuan finansial pada moderasi resistensi perubahan di UKM Kecamatan Candi.
