Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teaching factory, self-efficacy, dan internal locus of control terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kompetensi keahlian Bisnis Digital di SMKN 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa konsentrasi keahlian Bisnis Digital SMKN 1 Jombang yang telah mengikuti teaching factory dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 210 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teaching factory, self-efficacy, dan internal locus of control berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa.
