HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI TERHADAP KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DENGAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR PADA PEGAWAI JABATAN FUNGSIONAL TERTENTU (JFT) DI KANREG II BKN SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap komunikasi organisasi dengan pengembangan pada pegawai Jabatan Fungsional Tertentu (JFT) di Kanreg II BKN Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi spearman. Uji Spearman digunakan karena data tidak berdistribusi normal dengan jumlah subyek kurang dari 30 yaitu berjumlah 18 subyek. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara persepsi terhadap komunikasi organisasi dan pengembangan karir. Taraf signifikansi yang diperoleh 5% dan memperoleh nilai r sebesar 0,725 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (p<0,05). Maknanya terdapat hubungan positif yang artinya semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap komunikasi organisasi, maka semakin tinggi juga pengembangan karir.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relation perceptions of communication organizational with career development in certain functional position employees experience obstacles in Kanreg II BKN Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results of this study using spearman. Spearman is used because the data is not normally distributed with the number of subjects less than 30 that amounted to 18 subjects. The result of data analysis showed a significant relation between perceptions of communication and career development. 5% significance level and obtained r value of 0.725 with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05). It means there is a positive which means the higher perceptions of communication organizational, the higher career development.
