Abstract

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Unesa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang mempunyai masa jabatan 2 tahun kepengurusan. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 82 anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner. Teknik analisa data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi yang ditunjukkan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,652 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Angka tersebut mempunyai arti mempunyai hubungan yang positif bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

The aim or this reasearch is to examine the relationship organizational climate and organizational commitment of members of Faculty of Student Student Association of State University of Surabaya. This study uses quantitative method. Population of the reasearch is Faculty of Education Student Association State University of Surabaya which has 2 years length of service. The amount subject of this research 82 members. Data collection method of this research uses quistionnaires. Analysis data technique uses correlation product moment. The result shows that there are strong relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment shown in the result of correlation value is 0,652 with significance value is 0,000. That number which means positively which the higher level of organizational climate also the higher level of organizational commitment.
