Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan determinasi diri pada pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 115 yang berasal dari setiap bidang di PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur dengan try out berjumlah 30 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan determinasi diri. Taraf signifikansi yang digunakan 5% dan memperoleh nilai r sebesar 0.720 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin tinggi pula determinasi diri.
