HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA KARYAWAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 40 karyawan pada perusahaan X yang diambil dengan teknik sampel populasi. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen skala persepsi dukungan organisasi dan skala komitmen organisasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis uji product moment menunjukkan hasil korelasi sebesar 0,634 (r=0,634) pada taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support with organizational commitment. This research use quantitative approach with correlational design. The subjects of this research were 40 employees of company X taken by population sampling technique. Data collection used scale instrument for perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. Data analysis technique used correlation product moment. The results of test analysis product moment correlation showed results of 0.634 (r = 0.634) at the significant level of 0.000 (p <0.05). The result showed that is a positive and significant between perceived organizational support with organizational commitment.
