Based on the phenomenon about the importance of work fatigue and safety performances of ATC (Air Traffic Controller) workers. If safety performances cannot be created, it will greatly endanger flight safety. By the phenomenon researcher want to know the relationship between fatigue and safety performances on ATC (Air Traffic Controller) workers at Perum X Indonesia using a quantitative approach. The method of data collection in the study used the scale of fatigue and scale of safety performances. The results of this study using Pearson product moment correlation analysis techniques. The subjects in this study were 75 ATC (Air Traffic Controller) workers in Indonesian Public Corporation (Perum) X who had been certified and through an internal program for 1 year 6 months and the sampling technique in this study using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the data analysis showed a significant relationship between fatigue and safety performances with a r value of -0.598. Shows that there is a negative relationship which means the higher the level of fatigue, the lower the level of safety performances.
