HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING PADA ANGGOTA KORPS BRIGADE MOBIL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti kaitan kepuasan kerja terhadap subjective well-being pada anggota korps Brigade Mobil Polda “X”. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 anggota korps Brigade Mobil Polda “X” di Sulawesi Selatan. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data digunakan skala kepuasan kerja dan skala subjective well-being. Data dianalisis menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dengan software SPSS 24.0 for Windows. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan subjective well-being pada sampel penelitian ini yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) dan nilai koefisien korlasi 0,804 (r = 0,804). Hasil penelitian ini mengisyaratkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai kepuasan kerja pada anggota Brigade Mobil yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini, maka subjective well-being juga semakin meningkat. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah nilai kepuasan kerja pada sampel penelitian ini, maka subjective well-being juga akan menurun.

Abstract

The study aims to research the job satisfaction relation to the subjective well-being on members of the “x” corps brigade mobil polda. The subject of this study is 170 members of the "x" brigade mobil polda of south sulawesi. This study use a scale of job satisfaction and a scale of subjective well-being. The data was analyzed using Pearson product moment with a 24.0 SPSS software. Research shows that there is a significant link between job satisfaction and subjective studies on this sample that is shown with the value of 0,000 (p< 0.05) and the coefficient value of corlation 0.804 (r = 0.804). The result suggests that the higher the value of job satisfaction on the members of the brigade mobil are the sample, and then subject matter increases. Conversely, the lower the value of job satisfaction on this research sample, then the subject matter will also go down.
