HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan. Metode penelitian mennggunakan kuantitatif. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 karyawan bagian produksi di PT. X. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan product moment pearson yang akan diolah menggunakan SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil analisa data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (P<0,05) yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Nilai koefisien korelasi product moment yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,441 (r = 0,441), hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel komitmen organisasi dengan variabel organizational citizenship behavior termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil koefisien kolerasi tersebut juga menunjukkan nilai yang bernilai positif, yan artinya hubungan kedua variabel tersebut searah sehingga apabila variabel komitmen organsiasi memiliki nilai yang tinggi maka variabel organizational citizenship behavior juga akan semakin tinggi. Begitupula sebaliknya, jika variabel komitmen organisasi memiliki nilai yang rendah maka variabel organizational citizenship behavior juga akan semakin rendah.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in employees. The method used in this research is quantitative. The number of subjects in this study were 105 regular employees of the production department at PT. X. The scale used in this study is organizational citizenship behavior scale and organizational commitment scale. Data analysis in this study used Pearson's product moment which will be processed using SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results of data analysis in this study showed that the significant level was 0.000 (<0.05), meaning that there was a significant relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The value of the product moment correlation coefficient obtained in this study is 0.441 (r = 0.441), these classified as a middle relationship. The results of the correation coefficient also show a positive value, which means that the relationship between the two variabels is unidirectional so that if the organizational commitment variable has a high value, the organizational citizenship behavior vaiable also wll be higher. In other way, if the organizational commitment variable has low value the organizational citizenship behavior variable will be lower. (sudah revisi)
