Abstract
This study aims to identify the relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement in PT X employees. This research method uses a quantitative approach and a correlational approach. The research population amounted to 153 employees. The sample in this study used saturated sampling with 33 production employees for testing and 120 production employees for research. The instrument used consists of a perceived organizational support scale and a work engagement scale developed by researchers from both variable theories. The data collected will then be analyzed using product moment correlation with the help of spss software version 27.0 for windows. The results of data analysis obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), this indicates a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement in production employees. The correlation coefficient value obtained from this study is 0.702 (r=0.702), which shows a positive correlation between perceived organizational support and work engagement in production employees at PT X. This means that employees who have received perceived organizational support and work engagement in the production department at PT X. This means that employees who have received perceived organizational support will increase their work engagement when working. Likewise, on the contrary, employees who do not feel the support of their organization, their level of work engagement will also decrease.
