HUBUNGAN ANTARA BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA KARYAWAN PT. MITRA MEGAH BANGUNAN ABADI

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetauhi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan work engagement pada karyawan PT. Mitra Megah Bangunan Abadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara langsung berdasarkan dengan skala budaya organisasi dan skala work engagement. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh sejumlah 85 karyawan tetap dengan minimal masa kerja dua tahun, dimana 30 karyawan dijadikan tryout dan 55 lainnya dijadikan sebagai subjek dari penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data pada peneltian ini meggunakan analisis korelasi pearson product moment dibantu dengan IBM SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil dari uji hipotesis penelitian ini, menunjukkan hasil nilai korelasi koefisien sebesar 0,595 dengan nilai p= 0,000 (p>0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan work engagement pada karyawan PT. Mitra Megah Bangunan Abadi. Hasil positif menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula work engagement pada karyawan PT. Mitra Megah Bangunan Abadi.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and work engagement on employees of PT. Mitra Megah Bangunan Abadi. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires directly based on the organizational culture scale and work engagement scale. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling of 85 permanent employees with a minimum of two years of service, of which 30 employees will be used as tryout and 55 others were used as subjects of the study. The data collection method in this research uses pearson product moment correlation analysis assisted by IBM SPSS 25 for windows. The results of the hypothesis test of this study, showed the results of the correlation coefficient value of 0,595 with p= 0,000 (p>0,05). Based on the results of this study, there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and work engagement on employees of PT. Mitra Megah Bangunan Abadi. Positive results indicate that the higher the organizational culture, the higher the work engagement of the employees PT. Mitra Megah Bangunan Abadi.
