LITERATURE REVIEW: STRES KERJA DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

Abstrak
Komitmen organisasi adalah kontribusi yang diberikan oleh karyawan atas kepercayaan dirinya mengenai kesesuaian nilai-nilai organisasi dengan dirinya serta keinginan untuk tetap menjadi anggota dalam organisasi tersebut. Sedangkan stres kerja adalah tekanan yang diterima karyawan atas pekerjaannya baik secara psikologis maupun fisik. Tujuan dari kajian literatur ini untuk mengkaji bagaimana variabel stres kerja dengan variabel komitmen organisasipada sampel umum. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan sampel umum. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan pengumpulan data adalah studi pustaka. Penelitian ini dikaji dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur. Hasil dari mengkaji studi pustaka didapatkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara variabel stres kerja dengan variabel komitmen organisasi.

Abstract
Organizational commitment is the contribution made by employees for their confidence regarding the suitability of the organization's values with themselves and the desire to remain a member of the organization. While work stress is the pressure that employees receive for their work, both psychologically and physically. The purpose of this literature review is to examine how the work stress variable is with the organizational commitment variable in the general sample. The sample of this research is a general sample. The method used in collecting data is literature study. This research was reviewed using the literature study method. The results of reviewing the literature study found that there was no relationship between the work stress variable and the organizational commitment variable.
