HUBUNGAN ANTARA BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PADA KARYAWAN LAKSMI MUSLIMAH

Abstrak
Sumber daya manusia dapat berperan penting dan sekaligus menjadi keunggulan bagi suatu perusahaan. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan employee engagement pada karyawan Laksmi Muslimah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan skala budaya organisasi dengan employee engagement. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan aktif Laksmi Muslimah sebanyak 62 karyawan, sedangkan untuk teknik sampling yang digunakan merupakan teknik sampling total dimana sebanyak 30 karyawan dikenakan tryout dan 32 sisanya dijadikan sebagai subjek dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson product moment sebagai analisis data dibantu dengan software IBM SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menghasilkan nilai koefisien (R) sebesar 0.837 dengan nilai p=0.000 (p>0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sifatnya positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan employee engagement pada karyawan Laksmi Muslimah. Pada nilai koefisien (R) juga menunjukkan hubungan yang bersifat positif sehingga diartikan bahwa, semakin tinggi budaya organisasi maka akan semakin tinggi pula employee engagement pada karyawan Laksmi Muslimah.

Abstract
Human resources can play an important role and at the same time become an advantage for a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement of Laksmi Muslimah employees. The data collection method used in this research is a quantitative approach by spreading the scale of organizational culture with employee engagement. The population of this research is all active employees of Laksmi Muslimah as many as 62 employees, while for the sampling technique used is a total sampling technique where as many as 30 employees are subject to tryout and the remaining 32 are used as subjects of this study. This research usescorrelation analysis pearson product moment as data analysis assisted by software IBM SPSS 25 for windows. The results of the hypothesis test resulted in a coefficient value (R) of 0.837 with a value of p = 0.000 (p>0.05). The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement of Laksmi Muslimah employees. The coefficient value (R) also shows a positive relationship, meaning that the higher the organizational culture, the higher the employee engagement of Laksmi Muslimah
