HUBUNGAN ANTARA WORK-LIFE BALANCE DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA PEGAWAI BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (BRI) CABANG TRENGGALEK

Abstrak
Bank merupakan salah satu pelaku perekonomian dimana bank memiliki tujuan untuk menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat dan jasa jasa lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work-life balance dengan komitmen organisasi pada pegawai BRI Cabang Trenggalek. Penelitian  menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif serta metode korelasi untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara variabel X yaitu work-life balance dengan variabel Y yaitu komitmen organisasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini merupakan pegawai BRI cabang Trenggalek dengan populasi sebanyak 62 orang. Penentuan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan sampling total. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu skala work-life balance menurut McDonald dan Bradley (2005) dan skala komitmen organisasi menurut Meyer dan Allen (1997). Berdasarkan dengan hasil uji dengan korelasi product moment, didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi antara work-life balance dengan komitmen organisasi sebesar 0,537 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 (p<0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan dari kedua variabel berbentuk positif dengan tingkat korelasi sedang. Hubungan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi angka work-life balance, maka semakin tinggi pula angka komitmen organisasi yang dimiliki oleh pegawai.

Abstract
Bank is one of the economic actors where the bank has a goal to collect and distribute funds to the public and other services. This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance and organizational commitment to employees of BRI Trenggalek Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods and correlation methods to see the relationship between variable X, namely work-life balance, with variable Y, namely organizational commitment. The subjects in this study were employees of the Trenggalek branch of BRI with a population of 62 people. Determination of the sample is carried out using total sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research instrument used is the work-life balance scale according to McDonald and Bradley (2005) and the organizational commitment scale according to Meyer and Allen (1997). Based on the test results with the product moment correlation, the correlation coefficient between work-life balance and organizational commitment is 0.537 with a significance value of 0.002 (p<0.05). It can be concluded that the relationship between the two variables is positive with a moderate level of correlation. This relationship shows that the higher the work-life balance, the higher the organizational commitment of employees.
