Hubungan antara Workplace Well-Being dengan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. X di Sidoarjo

Abstrak
Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang penting bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Untuk mendapatkan karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik maka perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kesejahteaan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara workplace well-being dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT X di Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan departemen produksi unit 2 pada PT X di Sidoarjo, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 141 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang berasal dari skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 24,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara workplace well-being dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT. X di Sidoarjo dibuktikan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,818, yang memiliki hubungan yang searah.

Abstract
Human resources are an important asset for the company in achieving the company's goals and success. To get employees with good performance, companies need to pay attention to welfare employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between workplace well-being and employee performance at PT X in Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the production department unit 2 at PT X in Sidoarjo, sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total of 141 employees. This study uses a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire derived from ascale Likert. The data analysis technique used in this research is using the software IBM SPSS 24.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between workplace well-being and employee performance at PT. X in Sidoarjo proved a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.818, which has a unidirectional relationship.
