Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada karyawan pada PT. X. Metode penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dengan skala psikologi yang dikembangkan peneliti untuk pengumpulan data. Pemilihan sampel penelitian memakai teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 120 karyawan office di PT. X yang mempunyai masa kerja minimal dua tahun dan berstatus sebagai karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini memakai bantuan dari software SPSS versi 26 for windows untuk uji normalitas dengan uji Kolmogorov Smirnov dan untuk menganalisa data dalam melakukan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kedua variabel berdistribusi normal dan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan dari kepuasan kerja dengan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,769 yang masuk dalam kategori kuat. Hasil peneltiian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada karyawan PT. X.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and psychological well-being of employees at PT. X. This research method uses a quantitative research method with a correlational method with a psychological scale developed by researchers for data collection. The selection of research samples uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 120 office employees at PT. X who have a minimum work period of two years and are permanent employees. This study uses the help of SPSS software version 26 for Windows for normality testing with the Kolmogorov Smirnov test and to analyze data in conducting the Pearson product moment correlation test. The results of this study indicate that both variables are normally distributed and there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and psychological well-being with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient value of 0.769 which is included in the strong category. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and psychological well-being of employees at PT. X.
