Digital transformation increases work demands and introduces psychological pressures such as technostress, which affect employee well-being. Organizational approaches alone are often insufficient to address individual needs. Therefore, this study aims to systematically examine the effectiveness of individual-level interventions in improving employee well-being in the digital era. This study employed a systematic literature review of 11 scholarly articles published within the last ten years using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that mindfulness-based and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions are the most consistently effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and burnout, while improving emotional regulation, job satisfaction, and employee engagement. Additionally, interventions such as compassion training and emotional competence training also contribute positively to psychological well-being. Thus, individual-level interventions are effective complementary strategies to organizational approaches in enhancing employee well-being in the digital work environment.
