PERBEDAAN PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF PADA GURU DITINJAU DARI KARAKTERISTIK SEKOLAH

Abstrak
Guru di sekolah selalu dituntut untuk memunculkan perilaku kerja inovatif dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran karena adanya perubahan metode pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku kerja inovatif pada guru ditinjau dari karakteristik sekolah, yaitu pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif komparatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 42 guru SMAN dan juga 57 guru SMKN X yang ada di Surabaya. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan dan menggunakan skala perilaku kerja inovatif yang mengacu pada teori dari De Jong dan Hartog. Skala ini disusun berdasarkan empat dimensi yaitu, dimensi idea exploration, idea generation, idea championing dan idea implementation. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik t-test dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 24.00 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai t sebesar -2,407 dengan nilai sig. (2 tailed) 0.018 (p<0,05), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif guru SMAN dan SMKN X Surabaya.

Abstract
Teachers in schools are always required to bring up innovative work behavior in carrying out the learning process because of learning methods. This study aimed to determine the differences in innovative work behavior of teachers in terms of school characteristics, namely in high school and vocational high school. This study uses a comparative quantitative research method. The subjects in this study consisted of 42 SMAN teachers and also 57 SMKN X teachers in Surabaya. The measuring instrument used in the study uses and uses an innovative work behavior scale that refers to the theory of De Jong and Hartog. This scale is based on four dimensions, namely, the dimensions of idea exploration, idea generation, idea championing, and idea implementation. The data analysis technique used a statistical t-test using SPSS 24.00 for windows. Based on the results of statistical tests carried out, the t value is -2.407 with a sig value. (2 tailed) 0.018 (p<0.05), this indicates that there is a significant difference in the innovative work behavior of SMAN and SMKN X Surabaya teachers.
