HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DENGAN KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT X. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi skala kualitas kehidupan kerja dan skala keterikatan kerja. Kemudian data yang diperoleh akan dianalisa menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dengan menggunakan bantuan dari software SPSS 26.0 for mac. Hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT X. Hal ini dibuktikan dari taraf signifikansi sebesar
0.000 (p < 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.517. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT X. Hal ini menunjukkan jika semakin tinggi kualitas kehidupan kerja, maka akan semakin tinggi juga keterikatan kerja karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini juga berlaku sebaliknya, jika semakin rendah kualitas kehidupan kerja maka semakin rendah juga keterikatan kerja.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life quality and work engagement in PT X employees. The method in this study uses correlational quantitative research methods. The number of samples in this study used a saturated sample technique using 50 employees. This study's data collection techniques used a questionnaire containing a scale of work-life quality and work engagement scale. Then the data obtained will be analyzed using the product-moment correlation test using the help of SPSS 26.0 software for mac. The data analysis results showed a relationship between the quality of work-life and work engagement for employees of PT X. This was evidenced by the significance level of 0.000 (p <
0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.517. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that there
is a significant and positive relationship between the quality of work-life and work engagement for PT X employees. This also applies vice versa, the lower the quality of work-life, the lower the work engagement.
