HUBUNGAN ANTARA OTONOMI PEKERJAAN DENGAN PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF PADA GURU

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara otonomi pekerjaan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif pada guru dengan metode kuantitatif dan desain korelasional. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh kepada 54 guru tetap di salah satu SD swasta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan skala otonomi pekerjaan dan perilaku kerja inovatif dalam model penskalaan likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan software SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil pengolahan data didapatkan hubungan antara otonomi pekerjaan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif pada guru, dengan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,940. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi otonomi pekerjaan pada individu dalam organisasi, maka akan cenderung tinggi juga pada perilaku kerja inovatifnya.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between job autonomy and innovative work behavior in teachers with quantitative methods and correlational designs. Collecting data in this study using a saturated sampling technique to 54 permanent teachers in a private elementary school. The data collection technique used is the job autonomy scale and innovative work behavior on the Likert scale. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 16.0 software for windows. The results of data processing obtained a relationship between job autonomy and innovative work behavior in teachers, showing a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.940. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the job autonomy of individuals in the organization, the higher the innovative work behavior of the individual will be high.
