HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PADA KARYAWAN PT. X

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh terhadap 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior. Analisa data pada peneelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dengan bantuan software SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil dari analisa data menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. X. Hasil analisis ditunjukkan dari nilai koefisien sebesar 0,858 (r=0,858) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p< 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan hubungan yang searah dan positif antara variabel kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior yang berarti semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja pada karyawan maka semakin tinggi pula organizational citizenship behavioral pada karyawan tersebut, demikian juga semakin rendah kepuasan kerja maka semakin rendah pula organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan tersebut.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. X. The method used in this research is a quantitative correlational research method. The sampling technique in this research is using a saturated sample technique of 50 employees. The data collection technique in this research uses a scale of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Analysis of the data in this research using the product moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS 16.0 software for windows. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. X. The results of the analysis are shown from the coefficient value of 0.858 (r = 0.858) with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Based on the results obtained, it shows a direct relationship and positive relationship between job satisfaction variables and organizational citizenship behavior, which means that the higher the job satisfaction of employees, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior of the employee, likewise the lower the job satisfaction, the lower the organizational citizenship. behavior of the employee.
