HUBUNGAN ANTARA GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DENGAN PERILAKU INOVATIF PADA KARYAWAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan perilaku inovatif pada karyawan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari skala gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan skala perilaku inovatif. Data penelitian yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dengan menggunakan bantuan dari software SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil analisa data yang diperoleh menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan perilaku inovatif pada karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.573. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan perilaku inovatif pada karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan jika semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, maka akan semakin tinggi juga perilaku inovatif karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini juga berlaku sebaliknya, jika semakin rendah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin rendah juga perilaku inovatif.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style with innovative behavior in employees. The method in this study uses correlational quantitative research methods. Taking the number of samples in this study using a saturated sample technique. The sample used in this study amounted to 77 employees. The data collection technique in this study used a scale consisting of a transformational leadership style scale and an innovative behavior scale. The research data obtained were analyzed using the product moment correlation test using the help of SPSS 24.0 software for windows. The results of data analysis showed that there was a relationship between transformational leadership style and innovative behavior in employees. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.573. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between transformational leadership style and innovative behavior in employees. This shows that the higher the transformational leadership style, the higher the innovative behavior of employees in the company. This also applies vice versa, if the lower the transformational leadership style, the lower the innovative behavior.
