HUBUNGAN ANTARA EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN BAGIAN WELDER

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan bagian welder. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan bagian welder berjumlah 30 yang berstatus karyawan tetap. Pada penelitian ini ada 30 karyawan sebagai subjek penelitian.Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari skala efikasi diri dan skala keterikatan kerja. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik pearson product moment melalui bantuan program software SPSS 24 for windows. Hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan bagian welder. Hal ini dibuktikan dari taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar r=0.624. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara efikasi diri dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan bagian welder. Hal ini menunjukkan jika semakin tinggi efikasi diri, maka akan semakin tinggi juga keterikatan kerja karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini juga berlaku sebaliknya, jika semakin rendah efikasi diri maka semakin rendah juga keterikatan kerja.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement in welder employees. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The subjects used in this study were 30 welder employees who were permanent employees. In this study there were 30 employees as research subjects. Data collection techniques in this study used a scale consisting of a self-efficacy scale and a work engagement scale. Analysis of research data using the Pearson product moment technique through the help of the SPSS 24 software program for windows. The results of data analysis showed that there was a relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement on welder employees. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.624. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement on welder employees. This shows that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the employee's work engagement with the company. This also applies vice versa, if the lower the self-efficacy, the lower the work engagement.
