HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS KEHDUPAN KERJA DENGAN KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja terhadap karyawan. Metode pada penelitian berikut memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan jumlah sampel pada penelitian berikut memakai teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria karyawan yang telah bekerja minimal selama dua tahun dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 30 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari skala keterikatan kerja serta skala kualitas kehidupan kerja. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya di analisa memakai uji korelasi product moment memakai software SPSS 26.0 windows. Hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja terhadap karyawan. Hasil tersebut terbukti dari taraf signifikansi sebanyak 0.000 (p < 0.05) dengan skor koefisien korelasi sebanyak 0.962. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan jika semakin tinggi kualitas kehidupan kerja, maka semakin tinggi juga hubungan kerja karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini juga berlaku sebaliknya, apabila semakin rendah kualitas kehidupan kerja maka semakin rendah juga keterikatan kerja.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the quality of work life with work engagement with employees. The method in the following research uses correlational quantitative research methods. Sampling in the following study used a purposive sampling technique using the criteria of employees who have worked for at least two years with a total of 30 employees as subjects. The data collection technique in this study used a scale consisting of a work engagement scale and a work life quality scale. The data obtained were then analyzed using the product moment correlation test using SPSS 26.0 windows software. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between the quality of work life and work engagement with employees. These results are evident from the significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient score of 0.962. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between the quality of work life and employee engagement. This shows that the higher the quality of work life, the higher the working relationship of employees at the company. This also applies vice versa, if the lower the quality of work life, the lower the work engagement.
