Kohesi Kelompok dan Keterkaitan Kerja pada Prajurit TNI AD

Prajurit TNI AD memiliki tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi dan membutuhkan kerja sama dalam menjalankan tgas. Dalam hal itu, keterkaitan kerja dan kohesi kelompok menjadi aspek penting yang berkaitan dengan kondisi psikologis prajurit. Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk mengindikasikan pengaruh antara kohesi kelompok dengan keterkaitan kerja pada prajurit TNI AD berpangkat perwira di Akademi Militer Magelang. Pengujian memakai pendekatan kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan desain korelasional. Partisipan berjumlah 100 prajurit TNI AD berpangkat perwira yang dipilih memakai purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan memakai skala kohesi kelompok yang mengacu pada Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) dan skala keterkaitan kerja berdasarkan aspek vigor, dedication, dan absorption. Setelah uji coba, skala kohesi kelompok terdiridari 17 aitem dan skala keterkaitan kerja terdri atas 8 aitem. Analisis data memakai korelasi Spearman dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 27. Terdapat pengaruh postif dan sig antara kohesi kelompok dengan keterkaitan kerja (ρ = .80; p < .001). Sebanyak 68% partisipan memiliki kohesi kelompok pada kategori sangat tinggi dan 84% memiliki keterkaitan kerja pada kategori sangat tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara kohesi kelompok dengan keterkaitan kerja. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya mempertahankan pengaruh interpersonal, kerja sama, dan kebersamaan dalam kelompok sebagai sumber daya sosial yang berkaitan dengan keterkaitan kerja prajurit.
Abstract
TNI AD soldiers face high work demands and require teamwork in carrying out their duties. In this context, work engangement and group cohesion are important aspects associated with soldiers' psychological conditions. This study aimed to examine the relationship between group cohesion and work engangement among TNI AD officer-rank soldiers at the Military Academy in Magelang. This study employd a quantiative non-experimental aproach with a corelational design. The participants were 100 TNI AD officer-rank soldiers selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a group cohesion scale based on the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) and a work engangement scale consisting of vigor, dedication, and absorption. Following the try-out, the group cohesion scale consisted of 17 items and the work engangement scale consisted of 8 items. Data were analyzed using Spearman's correlation with IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The result showeed a postive and significamt relatioship betwen group cohesion and work engangement (ρ = .80; p < .001). A total of 68% of participants had very high group cohesion, while 84% had very high work engangement. Group cohesion had a very strong and significant positive relationship with work engangement. These findings imply the importance of maintaining interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and group connectedness as social resources associated with soldiers' work engangement.
