HUBUNGAN ANTARA REGULASI DIRI DENGAN PERILAKU CYBERLOAFING PADA MAHASISWA PSIKOLOGI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA

Abstrak
Masa pandemi yang terjadi menyebabkan perubahan yang cukup signifikan di beberapa sektor, terutama di sektor pendidikan. Perubahan proses belajar dari luring menjadi daring menyebabkan intensitas akses internet pada gadget menjadi meningkat, bahkan seringkali dilakukan saat perkuliahan berlangsung. Penggunaan internet yang tidak relevan dengan perkuliahan menyebabkan terganggunya fokus mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan perilaku cyberloafing pada mahasiswa Jurusan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 315 mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi pearson product moment yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan perilaku cyberloafing pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,005) dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,332 yang menandakan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan arah hubungan negatif antara regulasi diri dengan perilaku cyberloafing pada mahasiswa Psikologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa regulasi diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan namun tidak terlalu kuat pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

Abstract
The pandemic caused significant changes in several sectors, especially in the education sector. Changes in the learning process from offline to online cause the intensity of internet access to gadgets to increase, even often done during lectures. The use of the internet that is not relevant to the lecture causes disruption of the student's focus on the lecture. This research aims to find out the relationship between self-regulation and cyberloafing behavior in students of the Department of Psychology of Surabaya State University. This study was conducted on 315 psychology students of Surabaya State University in the class of 2018, 2019, and 2020. The data analysis technique used in this study is a pearson product moment correlation test that shows a relationship between self-regulation and cyberloafing behavior in Psychology students of Surabaya State University. The results of this study obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.005) and a correlation coefficient value of -0.332 which indicates a significant relationship with the direction of the negative relationship between self-regulation and cyberloafing behavior in Psychology students. The results of this study showed that self-regulation has a significant but not very strong association in cyberloafing behavior in Psychology students of Surabaya State University.
