PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN TES ONLINE MENGGUNAKAN HIGH ORDER THINKING SKILL (HOTS) BERBASIS MOODLE PADA MATA PELAJARAN RANCANG BANGUN JARINGAN DI SMK NEGERI 1 SURABAYA

Keperluan pada pembelajaran abad 21 adalah pendidikan dengan mengitegrasikan antara kecakapan pengetahuan, ketrampilan, sikap dan penguasaan terhadap TIK,salah satu kemampuan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan berpikir tingkat tinggi (High Order Thinking Skill). Berpikir tingkat tinggi berbentuk instrumen yang dipergunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan mengingat,menyatakan kembali dengan menggabungkan beberapa ketrampilan pengambilan keputusan, pemecahan masalah dan berpikir kritis. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan proses penyusunan instrumen dan mengetahui kevalidan instrumen tes online berbasis moodle. Prosedur yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian yakni Research and Development (R&D). Hasil validasi intrumen tes tiap nomor dengan rata – rata pada interval 84,2 sampai 100, hasil validasi media memiliki rata – rata 90,65% yang artinya sangat valid, tingkat kesukaran kategori soal mudah dengan interval 0.82 – 0,92, kategori soal sedang dengan interval 0,50 - 0,67 dan kategori soal sulit dengan interval 0,21-0,28 selanjtnya daya pembeda memiliki interval 0 - 0,75.

ABSTRACT
Reqierement for 21st century learning is education by integrating the skills of knowledge, skills, attitides and mastert of IC, one of the knowledge skills needed by high order thinking. High order thinking in the form of the instruments used to measure the ability to remember, restate by combining several decision skills, problem solving and critical thinking. The pupose of this study is to describe the process of preparing instruments and knowing of validity ofonline based test instrument. The procedure developed in the research is Research and Development (R&D). The results of the instrument validation for each number with intervals average 84,2 to 100, the results of media validation have an average of 90,65% which mean very valid, the difficulty level of the easy questions category with intervals of 0,82 - 0,92, medium question category with intervals of 0,50 - 0,67 and difficult question category with intervals pf 0,21 - 0,28 then the diffrentiaor has an interval of 0 - 0,75.
