Post-Publication Discussion
The Jurnal Pendidikan Akuntansi (JPAK) welcomes scholarly comments, constructive discussions, and evidence-based feedback on articles that have been published in the journal. Readers who wish to comment on or discuss a published article may contact the Editorial Office through the journal's official email address or other official communication channels. Comments should be directly relevant to the published article, provide a clear and substantive academic contribution, be supported by appropriate evidence and scholarly reasoning, and maintain a respectful and professional tone. Personal attacks, defamatory statements, and inappropriate language are not permitted.
Where appropriate, the authors of the original article may be invited to respond to substantive comments, questions, or concerns raised by readers. Authors are encouraged to provide clear, evidence-based, and constructive responses that contribute to academic dialogue and the advancement of knowledge in accounting education and related fields. The journal may, at its discretion, publish the original comment together with the author's response to ensure transparency and preserve the scholarly record.
If post-publication discussion identifies a potential error, omission, ethical concern, or other issue that may affect the accuracy, reliability, or integrity of a published article, the JPAK Editorial Team will assess the matter in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies and applicable scholarly publishing standards. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, the journal may publish a Correction, an Expression of Concern, or a Retraction, as appropriate.
Post-publication discussion is an important mechanism for promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in scholarly communication. However, it does not replace the journal's formal procedures for investigating allegations of research misconduct or handling other publication ethics concerns.
