DAMPAK KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN VARIAN PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA TOKO LOMAN DUKUN GRESIK
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak kualitas layanan dan varian produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada toko Loman Dukun Gresik. Pada analisis data hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan (X1) berdampak secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan Varian produk (X2) berdampak secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Toko Loman Dukun Gresik.
Kata kunci :Kualitas Layanan, Varian Produk, dan Kepuasan Konsumen.
